    Can target highlight be toggled, and can it be dark at night

    I find the target highlight very annoying... even with the options selector set to OFF I still get a red/yellow/green outline for each moving critter.... is there any way to turn it off entirely?     I find no such file in either \Fallout2 or in \F2WR v2.2. Do you mean hs_calcapcost.int? But I notice that there is also a hs_calcapcost.ssl file in that folder. What should I do with that? Should I just copy both of them to \Fallout2\data\scripts?

    They do accumulate. Last play-through I took nothing until Level 12, then took both levels of Lifegiver, Gain Agility, and Living Anatomy all at once. So if Kaga and/or his henchmen have any ranged weapons there will be a darkness penalty working against them (I think?)
