How ugly would you say it is? Centaur ugly, or Master ugly?

Name a thing you DON'T hate in Fallout 4

uninstall.exe was great. :smug: (But seriously, if I were forced to pick, I'd have to go with the weapon customization. It made no fucking sense, but was fun never the less)

Not sure why, but I like it. 8/10

Your thoughts on MORE workshop DLC?

Why bother learning a new engine when you can just keep milking the same two decade old one?

    If Obsidian Fallout isn't happening...

Seriously doubt it will officially be remade, but as far as graphics go you can use an ENB and who knows, some modder may be able to reverse-engineer the gunplay from 4 and implement it into NV.

    Cyber/computer security, etc.

I would recommend VirusTotal. It's in browser, and you can upload a file for scanning. Within a minute or two it scans the virus with about 50 different anti-virus programs. It's free, too. Only problem is you can only upload files up to 125 MBs. I use it on every file I get off the internet...

    The Names of Codsworth

If editing the sound files is easy, than sorry, I stand corrected. I'm not really an expert at modding, but if you have the sound files I can't imagine that it could be to difficult to add them in with the Creation Kit. However, because it hasn't been released yet, we can't be sure what is...

    The Names of Codsworth

Seems like a lot of work for such a relatively small payoff, but if you're really set on trying it you'd probably have to wait for the release of the Creation Kit.

Things we learned from Fallout 4

I heard the concept art for the T-60 was originally for the T-45, but then some genius decided it looked different enough to be its own armor (seriously?) and following the Bethesda Rule of Cool™ made it the best armor in the game following the Enclave power armor, which is also pre-war now...

Civilian Vs Military and Energy weapons in general

This is actually a really good theory. Similar to how gauss weapons were more advanced outside the US (then again, I don't think we ever saw any gauss weapons made in the US. My assumption is that if the US was using German made weapons, they were probably more advanced)? Unfortunately we'll...

What's with all the hate for Fallout 4?

Hmm, true, it seems many Bethdrones are afraid to even come near this place.

No super mutants in Fallout 4

Shhhh…there might be some Bethesda employees browsing the forum…you probably just gave Emil his plot idea for FO5!

Civilian Vs Military and Energy weapons in general

IIRC, Tactics is only semi-canon (i.e. high level story events did occur, but some smaller details may be non-canon) so you are probably safe ignoring anything it says about weapons and such. And yeah, I'll admit it's kinda odd with the P94 being a huge bulky weapon, but the Glock plasma...

What's with all the hate for Fallout 4?

Always funny when some troll comes here and thinks they can get a rise out of the people here by disagreeing with their opinion. Not really sure where it comes from, but there seems to be a perception that the forum is some kind of horrible nest of "old nerds" who hate anything new. Hell, thats...

Civilian Vs Military and Energy weapons in general

No, in NV it shows that the pre-war model created by REPCONN Aerospace uses MFC. As for FO4 and the previously unheard of "Plasma cartridges" it doesn't adhere to any kind of previously established lore. And really, I, and most others here consider FO4 non-canon. And also, for the record, before...

Civilian Vs Military and Energy weapons in general

Actually, NV establishes that the urban plasma rifle was created pre-war by Repconn Aerospace.

    Fallout 4: A short review

No, I think it's safe to say that FO1, 2, and NVs' writing is objectively better, if not entirely because they actually make sense and aren't horribly ridden with plot holes. Honestly, with all the hundreds of millions of dollars Bethesda has, they really can't get anyone better than fucking...

Things we learned from Fallout 4

Yeah, but the hunting rifle in FO3 uses the same ammo as the .32 pistol. Unless that ammo you linked to can be used in a pistol as well? It doesn't look like it, but then again, I'm no expert with guns.
