    Ashley Cheng: nobody's talking

All VATS does is shoehorn SPECIAL into TES's continuous combat system. TES has no underlying round-based mechanic it builds its real-time combat from. Your stats in TES determine how quickly you can make your next attack. It looks to me like all the did for F3 is replace the TES stats with...

So, a top-down view is more tactically oriented, is what you're saying? Also, it's great that you use the oldest Ultima games and nethack as indicative of a top-down view, instead of Neverwinter Nights 2. Very selective of you.

Well, the nuclear catapult is indeed a nuclear catapult. My lord. Focusing on the positive, there's apparently food and water requirements which is a nice touch. Water is basically a weak healing potion, but most of it you find is irradiated to different degrees. The dialog screens are...

Fallout 3 to hit PS3, GI says

PSP TES4 is not out until later in the year. This, however, is available now. For Fallout Traveller: Mobile just change the description to * RPG set in the best-selling, award-winning world of Fallout. * Set within the nation's former capital , you’ll journey through cities...

They will. In all likelihood they are already working on at least a PSP and mobile version (as they did/are doing with TES4).

I guess I haven't been keeping up. Until I saw this, I was under the impression that it was PC-only.

You do if you're using it for a trailer. Or if you're going to allow for NWN-style camera manipulation. But yeah, it's probably FP. And you'll probably be looking far and wide for that "Power Armor MK III Right Pauldron".

It says "NUKA BREAK", and seems to be a Nuka-Cola ad. I imagine it "Bombs your mouth with flavor" or something.

The toolkit is just a toolkit. The Super Toolkit was a Snap-On, and nothing on the toolkit indicates that. Also, the booze says "Royale" I think, definitely not rotgut. But the red toy truck does say "Nuka Cola". And why is there a damn skateboard on the bus? Any why is there still Nuka Cola...
