I run character with tagged small guns, sneak and speach but still ended up with few hundred kills anyway... speach gives you a better quests rewards, allows you to bypas a few fed ex sub quests but will not save your ass from psychic radscorpions or raiders, sneak gives you nice automatic...

What about making the motorbike like a car in F2? after buying or reparing one in megaton you could activate the fast travel by clicking onit, it woud be a great pack mule for all this loot too.

I tried to level up Cassidy and Sulik without wearing armour and weapons and that worked, but not in case of Vic, his HPs and skills are still reseting after loading the save and/or leaving location so he has 103/70HP for example. BTW I wish they would not level up randomly. Its a bit...
