Yeah I don't consider it to be a fantastic game series, fun as it is. There are games that do tactics much more enjoyably (World in Conflict, Company of Heroes), and there are games that shit on it completely from a real operational/strategic level (Civ, EU IV, Wargame) but it's still great fun...
