High intelligence: A must when creating a character!

Yeah, Arcanum is so close-up and personal-swordswingy-like. In Fallout, every imbecile can fire a Bozar  *ahem* Anyway, I find a low intelligence character very interesting. The conversation with Torr in Klamath takes a whole new world there.

    Sierra army base

Eh, no idea. Anyway, yeah, you need the base commander's (?) eyeball XD use it on the retina, as said. The lowest level you can go is the one with the Organ Extractor and the Virus Storage System. By the way, if FEV was developed by the government *after* the war, then how come the...

    Post-Apocalyptic books

A Canticle for Leibowitz.... ....great post-nuclear book :)

    Problen in the uprising

It's a reference to the old BOS bunker in Fallout 1. You can't open the door, and there's nothing behind it (check in the editor if you don't believe me! :P)

    DON'T stockpile Perks!!

Rats are fun! Especially when there are 10.000 at......uh... ....okay, nevermind. Problem: Rats Solution: Minigun / Flamethrower

    BOS huge problem

Try double-klicking on a character's name tag. Sometimes the game messes up the layers and drops you in layer 0, which is reserved for holes and such :D

    Killing the merchant for Decker?

Who stops you from slugging them anyway? :D

    Travels With Tandi

I prefer the "Let-Ian-Friendly-Fire-Burst-Her" method. Clean and simple, and doesn't even involve you!

    Killing the merchant for Decker?

Try killing everyone in the Hightower sector. I don't know if that will do anything..... or, you could just rat him to the police and make some fat loot off of that :D

    The sunglasses from....uh..?

I DO remember them being in the porn studio though o_O Am I incorrect?

    The sunglasses from....uh..?

What would be a good place to look for? Right, a porn studio. New Reno ring a bell? Bring a shotgun and prepare to kill some people. Or steal, if you can ;) Yep, +1 charisma.

    Preferred Weapons

10mm SMG and 14mm firearm. All the way :D

Bad performance in Tactics - why?

It's a code thing. FOT lags on my machine too, and it's equivalent with yours (a tad better really). FOT will never scroll / run smooth, the code is way too messed up for that....and FOT Booster didn't help at all :/

    Character limitations?

    Makes sense.

    Com link with Enclave trooper.

Nope, I'm talking about the (slap me if I get this wrong, it's been close to 2 years) "search database" option on the terminal in Gecko in the power plant (the one where you can contact the enclave trooper). It'll tell you, after 2 times, "You find nothing new." (or something like that)...

    FO-POS renders...

Unleash over 50 ranged, melee and explosive weapons on hoards of radioactive and mutant creatures and bosses. Bosses? Err....are we back to Super Mario - kinda gameplay? Except that Super Mario ruled, but this is just ..... ....eh...... ........ bad. Really bad.

Transfering characters from F1 & F2 to FT.

I think the engine (and most imortant, the resolution) of the character sprites in FOT are much different from FO 1 and 2...I suppose it would work if you decompressed the images from Fallout and recompressed them in the FOT format, but the chars would look awfully pixelated, I believe.

    Character limitations?

Am I limited to humans? Or could I whip up a ghoul with a nice description? Or maybe even a talking deathclaw? (that would be nifty!) Of course, all assumed that the chars are RPed according to their races...

    Com link with Enclave trooper.

Okay....smart people with the solar systems and all.... .....I just hovered my mouse over the machines in the reactor room, by the order they're placed clockwise around the reactor. The names are being told to you, after all :D But no repairing robot. I agree, the part with the Enclave...
