his exe comes with sfall and the filesize on the .dll is different than the sfall that comes from other locations i think this is the observation i needed to make... YES it works... your version of sfall is just outdated and my computer will only run with the newer version of sfall ...

hrmm so far the only procedure that has allowed me to run fallout2 has been installing killap's unofficial fallout patch.... whatever i do if i do this last it runs... whatever else i do if i have any different EXE it won't run i'm even having trouble with installing megamob... it seems...
