At least in my pc it is inside data folder,but i think you've got to have a unoficcial update to be there...

So,you will never be able to use npc's mod that allows you to have all npcs?Or is there another way?As most of the mods...you cant use them either aint it?

Neither one comes with patch000.dat, so, can i use seraphs patch or the patch of the 1.02? And if i do so,what will change? Is there any crashes because of the using of the two patches?And how about inutilising some fixes?

Buy a new drive, and ask someone to clean your pc, because you will find pieces of cd everywhere... Happened to me too, i was playing diablo and all of a sudden, bye bye my cd and my drive.

I dont know for sure but from 200% to 300% it almost changes nothing,just a little increase(very little) in each steal. Its easy to steal in the game, i dont remember any npc that was really hard to steal, just those kids, damn them...

Fallout 3 never came much more because of a real bad administration then the game itself,it had a lot of things already when interplay broke...you could take a look at the pics in the gallery here at nma

I think the basic idea is good,not like becoming the sims,but like,you become a hitman and earn for that,or a drugdealer,that kind of things look more like the world of fallout,it i not like you open a shop and drinking and sleeping all day in a shop,its more like action jobs...

I play fallout 2 in win xp,never got much problems,just a few minor ones,but patch the game,the 1.0 version is toooooooo bugged,the game was made in a rush of time,they didnt had time to fix all the bugs,even in 1.2,thats why there are a lot of patches arround today,like...

I dont think fallout 3 will require a very good pc if it follows the predecessors,at least i think so,because the point of view and all dont push too much your video card.Sorry if i interpreted wrong...
