So your trekking across the Mojave....

Never actually play Fallout this method, but if I did; - Leather Armor, Reinforced (Light, and provide enough protection) - Ranger Gray Hat - Authority Glasses - Chance's Knife - 9mm pistol (fully upgraded) - Light Machine gun (fully upgraded) for normal combat - Sniper rifle...

    DLC Play order.

Honest Hearts --> Dead Money --> Old World Blues Yeah, since in the Honest Heart, I'm not actually too restricted with the mission, so I'll start with it. The latter, after I'm at level 25+.

How many hours of FNv have you clocked?

About 80 hours with the vanilla. And with Dead Money, Honest Heart, Old World Blues and various quest mods, I think it gonna take 100+. Damn...I never spend that much time on other games before...

    Replaying Honest Hearts

Uh-hu. Honest Heart kinda disappoint me, too. After the awesome Death Money, I thought this one gonna be better. The introduction of the DLC by Jed Masterson was neat and enticing, but the no character development whatsoever following that. The only highlight in this DLC are Survivalist's mini...

Things that make you go hmmmm

    1. Using Vats in close quarter, although it's 95% accurate usually produce a less satisfying result. 2. Wearing any faction outfit will make you one of them, but wearing any raider outfit (Blastmaster, sadist, etc) and a fiend helmet won't help you safely wandering around Fiend territory...

    Vendor Trash

I don't get why the devs bother putting paint gun in NV, really. It's heavy, and no quest need it, too. In F3, at least it's useful to manufacture a really useful Dart Gun. At top of it, I found paint gun almost everywhere!

What if... Harold's place in Fallout New Vegas

I'm really wondering who the hell hired Fantastic in the first place? Even the lowly trooper acknowledge his stupidity. In one of my playthrough, I play as a character with 2 INT, and guess what? It's the funniest thing to read when I'm conversing with Fantastic and Ignacio. With Fantastic...

Real life parrelels in our faction choices? and sympathies.

Despite how bad they performed in this game, the best bet in real life would be NCR. Compare to the other main faction, they actually tried their best to help the people. Sure, Prim and Freeside were some of the exceptional, but with good reasons. The only thing I didn't like about NCR was their...

One aspect in which I liked Fallout 3 more than New Vegas

The battle sequence in Fallout 3 is way better, no doubt. New Vegas provided an excellence execution of quest, interaction and atmosphere. The dialogue and NPC's character were much memorable than most of the Fallout 3's. But when the Battle of Hoover Dam, or to the lesser extend, Forlorn...

What do you expect from Honest Hearts?

I expected Joshua Graham to be this menacing, ruthless son of a gun after hearing so much about him from Chief Hanlon, NCR's officers, and the Legion themselves. That's the sole reason I bought the dlc. So when I first met him...it's an awkward moment indeed. It's like meeting Kenshin Himura...

    Cazadors- your thoughts?

First time I encounter them was when I tried to skipped the recommended route, and walk directly north. By circling around the already known Giant Radscorpion and Deathclaw, me and ED-E met them not far from Goodspring Cemetery. First I thought they're just bunch of higher level boatfly. I...

I'd support Ceasars Legion except [Insert answer here]

Yeah, but at least with NCR and Yes Man, I could work it out. NCR blessed me with their infamy, and Yes Man...well, he's sorta sarcastic about it. Caesar? Fuck him and his tumor. It's Felicia Day's fault I'm kinda warm up to BoS in the first place. If not for Veronica's quest which humanized...

    Impressions of Honest Hearts

The whole Zion scenery were mesmerizing when I first arrived there, but in whole package, it felt kinda empty. Too much good thing left aside. I'm fine with Joshua Graham being religious, but compare to Dead Money's quests, Honest Heart is bland. Exploring is fun, but in an empty valley? Not for...

Your "WTF" moments in NV playthroughs

Nope, it's the normal one sold by Knight Torres after finishing BoS final quest. Expensive, but worth the price. If I wore the Brotherhood's, I won't made it to the Ambassador peacefully.

Your "WTF" moments in NV playthroughs

Just after taking Ambassador first task, a MP suddenly came out of nowhere, and claiming to punish me for what I did to NCR (I was Idolized at this stage, goddamnit!!). Kinda stupid really, since I got T51b armor and Boone at my side, so he die swiftly. The shitty thing is, I got NCR infamy...

Help me understand why Dead Money was worth it.

Dead Money sure worth for the money I invested. Challenging, yet amusingly fun. Kinda mixture of Koushun Takami's Battle Royale, add a little of Manhunt here and some poison gas there, and whala~ A great DLC named Dead Money. The new enemy who wait you there. The Ghost people were laughable...

I'd support Ceasars Legion except [Insert answer here]

The first time I met them in Nipton, Vulpes managed to convinced me they were no mere savages. What they did were extremely ruthless, but NCR's Ranger Ghost herself admitted that Nipton asked to be burned. But....then everything when downhill after that. 1. Meeting Boone and learning about...

Return to Sender- I thought it just a simple, delivering job. Meeting Chief Hanlon was refreshing, since I thought he's kinda laid back of guy, judging from the way he converse with me. And when the revelation came out...his reasons was spot on! Really, one of the many reason I didn't supported...
