SO If I set to 0 I can run Fallout @ 1366 x 768 with no slow down? Also I still can't select stuff in game just enemies.

Fallout 1 Never had a problem with 2 and patches and mods.

I think where the other options for DX9 should be are missing in the menu or something :(

It says expecting fallout 2.exe How do I get to a sfall tab in the menu if it won't work?

Everytime I install sfall on top of 1.3+ it gives me errors. Should I just install 1.2?

I don't have an sfall tab I only see a screen tab

U said to use DX9 mode after telling me to disable it to speed things up :crazy: R u sure I should put ddraw back because when it was gone not only could I use 16 bit mode without an error it speedup up completely.

Ok I fixed the problem by removing the direct draw file and switching to 16 bit mode but now in the game I can't click on stuff just the floor, when I try to click anything it gives me a red X on it always.

Is it so much to ask to have a laptop that is hand held and runs Windows and has gaming controls? Like a UMPC only running Windows.

Are you sure? I know Fallout 1 and 2 run on the same engine so why won't it run under DOS?

I was wondering do all these restoration projects and patches work for the MS Dos version of Fallout 1 + 2? I ask because I can get fallout to run on portable devices that don't run Windows.

I have a 60hz monitor, weren't most monitors back than 60 I mean why didn't games just default to sync up?
