So I'm going to try to take the Logan's Loophole trait and im wondering if it could change the game up a little. I never capped at level 30 since I had Dead Money before I got the game (lol) . Do you think it is worth a try and how would you play differently?

I dont think Ulysses was with the Legion for the weather station because he wouldnt he WANT the chip instead of letting our courier deliver it. Seems too far fetched that Ulysses would work with Benny for any reason.
