I love intense training but don t count on it if there are better perks around. Last playthrough i took intense training 6 times(so thats 12 levels without any other perks mind you) but I have Dead Money & Honest hearts and I didn't like the other perks available past 24.

I would wear the ranger scarf outfit. For weapons i'd have the brush gun with the forged receiver mod. I'd have the .45 auto pistol and chances knife on my sides. I'd carry caravan lunches and lots of purified water.
