Where will the next Fallout take place?

Mojave had this particular climate of a post-apocalyptic Western, I'm not sure if applying the same rules to Chicago would work.

Where will the next Fallout take place?

Wouldn't that make Chicago look like New Reno/Vegas? :P Still like the idea though

Brotherhood of Steel as an antagonist?

Brotherhood in F3 and F:NV are splinters from original BOS in California as far as I remember; the Mid-Western Brotherhood is never mentioned again after Tactics, which even doesn't make any ending canonical, as we simply don't know what happened there. :P But I'll give you this one: they...

Fallout: New Vegas quest troubleshooting (spoilers)

Is it because of your pacifist approach? You don't need to feel moral guilt from blowing robots up  Just kidding. Don't waste perk space on something as useless as robotic expert, pulse granades and other explosives work fine enough.

Brotherhood of Steel as an antagonist?

In the intro you can see how they trade weaponry for food, and it's highly probably they still do so during Tactics. Also, Reavers themselves offered to cooperate with Brotherhood. Examples of such annexation? They helped clean Brahmin Wood out of Raiders and left, only later tribals started...

Brotherhood of Steel as an antagonist?

Wasn't Enclave consisting of government/corporations officials AND military? Still better than those isolationist pricks from California and later Nevada :P I agree with Snap on that matter, Mid-Western Brotherhood was more likeable and legitimate when compared to the original one, but not...

    Signature Weapon

Lulz :D I'm so used to laptops now that I sometimes find it hard to work on a PC to be honest. But! No matter the circumstances, a good sniper will find the way to shoot his targets :P

    Signature Weapon

Yeah, that's true ;) I'm using VATS just for comfort, I don't have a mouse in my laptop, so shooting via touchpad isn't always accurate :P Also: killing Deathclaws in Quarry Junction with maximum Sneak, crouching, 8 points in Perception and Sniper Rifle, saves you lotsa effort and boosts your...

Brotherhood of Steel as an antagonist?

How about that: if Brotherhood is a splinter of American army that Maxson lead and forged into what we know today, what if there was another splinter, still wearing power armors but having totally different point of view on the wasteland and people living there? A new faction in the image of...

Where will the next Fallout take place?

Alaska or Florida, to change the setting from a desert - after all swamps or tundra could serve as a wasteland as well. Or Chicago and Great Lakes area, as long as new factions are introduced, and if they bring the oldies (technically BOS should be there since they crashed their hovercraft...

Fallout: New Vegas quest troubleshooting (spoilers)

Well, if you have a liked and better reputation with them, they will call you "amicus". Don't know if that applies to a female character, however.

    Your Favorite Companions

You can start the quest, pick up Cass, visit the caravan's remains with her, start Heartaches by the number quest and kill/denounce Van Graffs and MacLafferty instead :P

Fallout: New Vegas quest troubleshooting (spoilers)

Was there any chest that had the message "open" in red color? :P It's not, or at least it was supposed to be this way: wearing a faction clothes is like wearing a uniform of opposing army, and no soldier will give up his uniform unless he's dead. Hence their reaction - they might not be...

Fallout: New Vegas quest troubleshooting (spoilers)

Was any Legionnaire hanging around when you've been rescuing the hostages? If I recall correctly there are a few guarding the site. Also, there are at least two in that towers around Nelson, so maybe they set on being aggresive towards you even if you wear their armor? Not sure if that makes...

    Signature Weapon

Anti-Material Rifle and Riot Shotgun, I switch between them depending on the target being far or close to me. I find the former less versatile when it comes to close ranged shots and it takes so much AP you can usually shoot it only twice in VATS.

    Chinese Comunist Costume

Note that Chinese uniforms in Fallout are virtually identical to the ones Red Army wore and in the series USA & USSR are bros (or at least don't hate each other like with China), so either these were Russian or Chinese uniforms are not that much of a taboo.

    Rank the DLC's

That's true and that's also something you learn at the very end of the DLC. But, even knowing that fact, the Think Tank are still a ridiculous villain when compared to others in the series (imo even more ridiculous than Colonel Autumn) - they're a group of semi-retarded brains in floating jars...

    Creepiest part in Fallout 3?

Apart from Dunwich Building... Hallucination in Sacred Bog in Point Lookout was rather creepy to me, especially when you see your mother's skeleton with all those birthday baloons. What sick mind could think about it? Also when you have to retreive Krivbeknih from that ritual site or something...
