I share your pain in the "massive amounts of encounters" I even tried BOSCHE with a "superchar" to see if I could stop it but it didn't do anything... just moving one square can give anywhere from 3 to 20 encounters (sometimes without even moving) Using the latest patch. System specs: ASUS...

Magnum(speedloader) which does a 105 damage critical on an Enclave soldier is my idea of overpowered (instead of 'more damage')

Dunno but I do know 1.05 was compatible with the miria mod :)
