Actually they should be larger than humans that are not in PA. It's a power armor so that means you need a place for motivators and batteries, life support and all other technical thingies inside. Also don't forget there are layers of armor on that thing so it should be larger than an average...

Remake or not, boring or not, RE5 for PC is really fun and fast paced game. I really enjoyed it. I was playing it over Hamachi for the last few days. The feeling is great and greater difficulties are more rewarding when playing with another person. Five stars for this game from me :)
