Note the word OFF. You can target the body parts but you can't shoot them off. Meaning legs want fall off when you shoot a guy with critical hit from a normal pistol. Hmmmm, maybe that's not so bad. Those animations are so unrealistic and idiotic that I would support that kind of censorship...

I had only one problem with Fallout on WinXP and I have dual core processor. You just need to turn off CTFMON process with the task manager and the game works perfectly with MegaMod installed. Didn't try it vanila though. Hope this helps. On topic: Great list. Gotta play F1 again :)

I'm playing with it. Using the latest version of megamod and a resolution of 1280x1024. It's running smooths and for now I have no problems. Outdoor canyon encounters look silly but I really don't have any problems with that :)
