Few words about bugs in Gothic series... Frankly speaking only Gothic 3 was one big bugfest until Community Patch (version 1.72) arrived and fixed many things. [Actually I am playing Gothic 3 at the moment and see difference - I had to wait more than two years to play this game comfortably...

Hm... This monster guy from the last screenshots reminds me some monsters from TES III Morrowind. They are called 'Lame Corprus' (they're humanoid victims of plot-related disease named 'Corprus') and are disfigured in a bit similar way. One hand bigger, deformed face... etc. Example

Second screenshot almost instantly reminded me a game called Painkiller. I am not much into FPP shooters and I haven't played much of Painkiller but I remember it has some kind of weapon which has rotating blades and can be used to slice enemies into pieces. So in the end all roads lead to FPS.

First screenshot isn't very advertising (one of the worst official screens related to Fallout3's I've seen so far). Such poor textures are rare thing in games nowadays. As for the last screen... what exactly is that? I mean I failed to recognize anything in this strange... creature? object...

I run two systems on my current PC. One is Windows XP and the second is Linux Debian Testing. Windows XP is everything I need in 'Windows department'. I am not interested in Vista at all and I'm gonna stick with XP as long as possible. I like this game! I think it's the only racing game...

What about skins? First: all those Leather Armors and any other outfits that has leather parts must be made of something, right? It's 200 years after related industries stopped working so where all this leather came from? Secondly: it would be something to sell [like geckos' skins in Fallout 2]...

It could also work in a bit different way. First: all bobbleheads as removed as it's kinda lame thing [I mean not only magical feature of those things but the fact that places that they're to be found are sometimes at least strange... why for example a bobblehead from collection is situated...

The Witcher kinda works that way a bit. His part in what we can call 'world's fate' doesn't seem as accidental as for example nameless hero's in Gothic series. But Geralt's only borrowed into game from books where he is rather completely shaped as a character and as part of the created world.

It sounds for me as very good idea. In fact I got my hands on sniper rifle very early in game and I use it gladly as a substitute of binoculars. There are mods which make particular weapons unscoped [.44 Magnum and Blackhawk changed that way do not act like binoculars while RMB is pressed but...
