@Glovz My last two games both had "DamageFormula" set to 0. I've seen it effect melee weapons and guns so far. I did have "OverrideCriticalTable" set to 2 in ddraw.ini and I think that was a default setting.

It's strange, I never seemed to have this problem before until the last couple versions of RP. Not trying to bash RP though :) What I do is save my current game and exit Fallout completely. Then I start the game back and load my previous save. The problem seems to sort itself out then. YMMV...

It'd be interesting to see a black/gray jumpsuit instead of the blue/yellow variety for the Enclave civilians :)

Opened up the mapper using an un-modded game, there is a Vindicator in an ammo crate on the Detention level along with an Avenger as well in the other crate. Didn't find a Pulse Rifle though. Only a Laser and Plasma rifle with another Avenger on the first/entry level map.

Well if you're considering the blue Combat Armor for NCR Police, then perhaps you may also consider black Combat Armor for the Enclave guards at Navarro? :mrgreen: Minor change, but they fit in better around there.

Thanks for re-uploading! Changed out those uniform-wearing NCR guards with the blue Combat Armor. Much better. Yes, there are some female NCR guards running around now.
