Well, it would definitely have to be a sub-faction. If it were to become a major faction, we'd just have Enclave 2. As much as NMA enjoys the Enclave, I think I speak for everyone when I say they'd be pretty "disappointed" if the Enclave made yet another return.

What I do find odd though is the fact that both FO3 AND F0:NV both don't have time limits on things, but TES: Olblivion also had time limits in certain quests. I have no idea why they just didn't implement that stuff if they already had it. But whatever, I really don't feel like derailing a...

I've never been a fan of forums who use "post count peking order". It seems like a good idea at first because you expect the post count indicates experience, but that falls apart when you get situations like this: "2237 Post" User: OMG, that movie waz horrible, i waz going 2 vomit!!!!111...

I like the fact you need training to use Power Armor. It's not supposed to be like a random suit of armor. It's something unique and it's supposed to make you more or less a walking tank when your using it. It loses it's uniqueness if anyone can wear it. Having it so just anyone can wear it...
