Doesn't really sound like Fallout to me except the beginning. Sounds more like something in TES or other cRPG games.

By the looks of things Fallout 4 might be even easier than Fallout 3. Only hope is that they don't give you mini-nukes like candy and have a proper hardcore mode. Seems like the Medic perk will remove any form of challenge from the game though if that's the case.
