Overall, it's good as Fallout 2. but some aspect like construction of main quest and absent of time, Fo2 is better. and some aspect like sub quest of each communities are better than Fo2. so it's like this: 1+(-1)=0

I never seen decent quest from mod but saw many good mods that enhances combat. quest is nothing to do with story. it's main frame of game, can not be bonus of game. and even the finest combat game's combat makes me boring eventually(like JA2, Wiz8, DS1 etc.. )

Neither FoT(oh.. it has rea time combat.) and WL2 are not RTS at all. And combat is bonus to WL2 and "quest" is the game. I really hate combat-tards. they don't know quest or dungeon but always combat and combat. why don't you try JA2 instead of Fallout anyway?

Well.. there aren't much field scailed by level in Morrowind(near daedra temple, inside of ghost gate). and yes, loots are scailed. even the weakeast and poorest smugglers smuggles expensive potions and grand soulgem if your level is high.
