Of course I have the patch installed. These sort of things keep happening to me because I tend to do questionable things that run high risk of causing some major error in the game file. And as stupid as I am, I never back up save files before fooling around with editors, and I only use one save...

I've just finished Fo1 again, and I didn't get to see or hear the epilogue. I'm sort of beginning to believe it has to do with the sound system, as it doesn't crash until the narrator tries to speak. Gah..this is driving me insane.
