And Bethesda officially removed the last thing that slightly increased the game's difficulty (keeping an eye on your weapon's status is hard for trigger happy kids!) from the game.

Just started reading Tom Johnson's To The Limit, about the experiences of a Huey pilot in the Vietnam War. After that I'm going to read David Glantz's When Titans Clashed, about the history of the Red Army and the battles on the Eastern Front.

Good game, but hard at times. It took me days to complete the ''The Schloss'' mission. Too many Soviets, not enough bullets or Panzerfausts to go around.

Don't think so. It was not only the abuse of the Fallout franchise that made me hate the game, but also the bad game design. But if I could choose another name, I'd choose something similar to Oblivion, like FlyingTard suggested. Especially since that game sucked just as bad.

First off, no need for an even higher levelcap. A lvl 30 character can already easily take on every enemy in the game (esspecially with V.A.T.S.). And secondly, unbalance FO3 (even more)? Not possible. I bet an average PC in that game could easily exterminate Mariposa without ever having to use...

Meh. Those old wooden signs quickly lost their significance for me when I realized that they were 200 years old (Springvale, anyone?) and the owners had lived about 100 meters away for the last two centuries.

That was a bug? Everyone always went hostile on my ass as soon as I entered the plant, which was annoying, but I presumed part of the game. xD

I've had a lot of fun with that game too, especially online. So simple, yet so addictive... I'm currently playing Euro Truck Simulator (trying out my new steering wheel) and Battlefield Vietnam with a Norwegian friend.
