i think the problem really is setting up a proxy or something..but idk how to do that..i wish i had the patience to search forums for 5-6 hours reading every post hoping for some result..im just hoping someone here had experience with a similar problem and can shorten that time for me..ill leave...

trust me having linux was NOT my idea..but im stuck with it..i got a shitty computer and hassling with a whole system reboot hardly seems worth the time and effort..i just need this one thing to help me survive it till i upgrade my tech..

Ive got the Linux mint system..and im trying desperately to play fonline Via Wine..now the problem is that Wine in itself wont connect to the internet so i cant play anything online if i play it through wine and its the only way i can play games really..so my question is HOW DO I FIX THAT...
