    Question about f2wedit

    You should play a bit with mapper to grasp it. So- every instance of armor is affected by changes you do to proto (which is what you do using f2wedit). No, what someone looks like has little to do with their armor class.

    Sure it should. But programmers of Fallout wanted it to have no short-range penalty I guess. The whole weaponry in Fallout is badly messed up.     I would like to suggest some option for the mod. I consider ammo restocking in various shops a bad idea. Every shop in game should have 2 tables - restockable (e.g. chems, books, money) and non-restockable (ammo, armor, weaponry, lockpicks). The stock should be well thought-ahead. At the moment...
