Yeh, if you've got some sneaky guys then power armour will reduce their sneak factor and you'll have trouble sneaking. That's probably about it.

Heh I've done something similar. It's best to try and set a challenge or create a character that you want. Like a very evil psychopath who kills everyone in his path and wears a prostitute outfit, or make someone devoted to Legion. If you haven't already get the dlc's. I haven't got them but...
