    Is NV too much NCR-Sided?

For all those that say that Caesar's legion will die after Caesar is dead, the ending where he dies says that Lanius took charge and civilization brutal as it was began to form in the Mojave. No talk of a crumbling Legion at all.

    Is NV too much NCR-Sided?

Uhhhhh no. I was defending the Legion.

    Is NV too much NCR-Sided?

Unfortunately if we use logic you are incorrect and illogical. Morals are entirely opinionated and are used as excuses by everyone in history a s an excuse there is no objective right or wrong. Do you really believe that civilization and all humanity should die because rape, murder, and...

    Is NV too much NCR-Sided?

Since thew children are taken immediately we wouldn't see them in this town. If the terror attack helps them win then by their moral standards (keep in mind arguing what is moral is impossible.) it is okay. Prostitution and gambling have no place when people are being eaten by deathclaws...

    Is NV too much NCR-Sided?

I agree I have been overemphasizing the NCR's brutality they really are doing their best to make a society that compromises on efficiency and longevity in order to create a democracy. Unfortunately democracies do not have much longevity compared to empires who are utilitarian like Caesar's...

    Is NV too much NCR-Sided?

At no point was children ever mentioned when I said gamblers, thieves, and prostitutes. The Legion does not kill children anyway. To answer another post yes these incredibly selfish acts that help nobody but themselves do need to be punished. The Legion is not about being a selfish asshole...

    Is NV too much NCR-Sided?

It is the NCR's fault for not having enough info on the settlement. They should not have attacked if they didn't want to kill civilians. Quote form the wiki "Before The Legion razed the town to the ground, it was populated by gamblers, thieves, and prostitutes under the leadership of Mayor...

    Is NV too much NCR-Sided?

Tribals do not know any better, but already civilized criminals had their chance and showed their true character, so they were killed. A warrior defending his territory is different than a citizen who already has a good life to revert to crime.

    Is NV too much NCR-Sided?

The NCR is at conflict with people so they kill them, again Caesar would not kill all of them just based on their way of life he understands they do not know any better. And I believe I listed most of the tribes in F:NV, so if you have an example of a tribe that isn't destroyed by the NCR I...

    Is NV too much NCR-Sided?

Yes the NCR destroys what goes against their interests, where as Caesar re-purposes them. Every underdeveloped tribe the NCR meets is going to be against the NCR's interests, and Vault City is not an example of a primitive tribe the Great Kahns are though. The fiends are also a primitive tribe...

    Is NV too much NCR-Sided?

When the NCR comes across a tribe that isn't civilized to their liking they kill them all e.g. the Great Kahns. Caesar enslaves them instead of just killing them. So a tribe is forced between death or slavery. Hmmm slavery doesn't seem so bad. There are obviously quite a few tribes as Caesar's...

    Is NV too much NCR-Sided?

Yes it is for lowly raiders who care nothing for anyone else. Giving them purpose, even through force is, good when all that they would have done is terrorize other neighboring tribes for all eternity.

    Is NV too much NCR-Sided?

I could not have put it a better way myself. Now as said in the game by Caesar, slavery has been a gift to all the tribes he has encountered before, but the Mojave region is well developed, because of Mr. house and the NCR so perhaps the people of New Vegas do not find that Caesar is their best...

    Is NV too much NCR-Sided?

Those two sentences are at a conflict. On one hand you say it is all point of view, but then you say that if you want the best for the Mojave you can't support the Legion. So everyone who thinks slavery and violence is the correct way to deal with tribals is automatically wrong? So much for...

    Is NV too much NCR-Sided?

I agree that the Legion does need to be fleshed out better and their policies made more clear, but the inability for those people who cannot sympathize with the Legion, because they prefer a democratic and inept government, is not a problem. That is by design.

Hey I was being serious. I don't like the brain out of body idea, as well.

    Different Concepts for the Legion

They couldn't do a Nazi like-organization without Hitler. Hey! I just got a great idea to supplement the OP's. Their leader is a clone of Hitler :D That fits with 50's science fiction right? That would be awesome. Hope you are reading Todd.

I'd support Ceasars Legion except [Insert answer here]

Yes if it helps bring victory, and why do you think he wants victory? So he can make a civilization, and if changing policies helps his civilization then he will do it. Just as he changed rules to win. If members of the Legion were treated this bad do you think they would stay? I do not...
