The tileset for Arcanum was pretty good, there were a lot of different house types, including basic wooden huts, red brick warehouses and more fancy stone housing. I made a few pretty maps that never got used. The editor was crap though. Crash and burn every ten seconds.

I'd say a job that lets you have plenty money is decent. Having plenty while working on your dream is fantastic, beyond merely decent. So yes, I somehow think they would call it decent. I also think you are holding them to far higher "moral" standards than they would hold themselves.

By decent I mean getting money and looking after their families and mortgages while living comfortably. Getting to work on a dream game is second to that.
