    Fallout: New Vegas soundtrack revealed

Hope there's at least a couple more Rat Packs in there, or maybe some jazz.

    Fallout: New Vegas companions revealed

Hell yeah, ED-E has me interested. Guessing it's a play on Eazy-E.

    Creepiest part in Fallout 3?

Fawkes running at lightspeed around a corner to catch up with you can be unnerving.

    Following NPCs on their paths

I'm about to pack up FO3 and wait for New Vegas, but the other day I freed the Pitt slaves in the wasteland (didn't bother doing the DLC this run). Two hours of sneaking around later, and I see two of them pass me running down the road. I spent around 30 real-life minutes following and...

    Pete Hines interview

Love the free room idea for being a high roller. I just hope the room is better than your Megaton shack. A nice view would be cool too, even if just a giant fake texture of Vegas lights outside. I can totally imagine doing a runthrough as a representative of the casino/Mr. Frank, or whatever his...

    Cam footage of New Vegas

    Terrain looked pretty good.

    Fallout: New Vegas previews

I hope the color change doesn't mean Fallout will go from default tinted snot-green to shit-brown. I'm a little worried after seeing screenshots and gameplay videos that they might have a slight rustic sepia tone. Here's hoping for Fellout updated for NV on release date.

    Fallout: New Vegas gameplay clips

Ironsights is going to make things feel a little cooler. I'm suddenly kind of up in the air about what playthroughs I want to do: * Genocide run, kill everything, don't even let people get close enough to talk to you * Hardcore mode run (ironsights only?) * Stealth run Wonder which I'll...

All Roads graphic novel 12-page preview now available

Pretty goddamn boring. I realize it's only the first few pages, but shit, they could have done more to make you care than showing Jotun prepping for a raid and some Vegas suits doing srs bsns without any real exposition.

    Robot sex, achievement, shots

Damn, getting kind of excited with the latest batch of news. I had no idea Raul had the Danny Trejo/bandito thing going on. I thought he was going to be a boring-ass mechanic (not that mechanics are fundamentally boring-ass, but think of FO3's...). He's in the running now for my companion.

Mark Morgan's music will be in Fallout: New Vegas

Aw, too bad. I hope there'll be radio stations so I can ignore Zur's music 24/7 like in FO3. Stepping out of 101 was like the one good track in the game. I'm almost hesitating to play before someone releases another massive music pack like More Where That Came From or CONELRAD. Those mods...

    Fallout: New Vegas Pre-Order Bonuses

I hate bonus schemes like this so goddamn much. I'll be glad when they're cracked and unofficially distributed. Collectibles for preorder are one thing, but splitting bonuses up among four sellers is murdering completionists and serious fans in the face.

Replay value (the situation I find myself in)

Which I think is the biggest thing stopping me from enjoying the game any further. I almost recoiled after seeing the same doors used in Fallout 3 in New Vegas screenshots. Obviously they're going to use the same doors (I doubt new door models are high on their list of stuff to change), but it...

Fallout 3 is the second-greatest PC game of all time

"Mad Max without vehicles" sounds pretty terrible.

Replay value (the situation I find myself in)

I guess I did use a lot of mods for the full playthroughs. The best by far was More where that came from. The Galaxy News Radio idea was fine, but only 20 songs meant that it got repetitive really quickly. I'm hoping New Vegas has more default songs (there's such a ton of great music to use for...

Replay value (the situation I find myself in)

I played Fallout 3 late last year, and at first, yeah, it was addicting. It was fun to have my own house and base of operations, and then scavenge the wasteland. I ended up doing an aborted normal playthrough, a completionist playthrough with all DLCs, and then a genocide playthrough in which I...

Game Informer Fallout: New Vegas preview scans

After this preview, I'm thinking I'll probably help out House (also, I'm amazed they revealed that much about him). Seems like he made Vegas kind of an island unto itself, in tandem with the real world. It'd be fun to drive out NCR and the Legion and pull that off if the game allows.
