I don't think game mechanics should dictate what a sequel is. Otherwise GTA 3 through V wouldn't be true GTA games since the first four games were top down.

Ive been playing the lowrider dlc today. It is alright, but now its been sorta ruined for me since modding your car period forces you to spend 300k to add hydraulics whether you want to or not and you cant add anything to your car otherwise. Seems like cash card milking to me.

I believe Ride to Hell: Retribution is the shittiest game there is. Fallout 3 may be bad but it's not RTH:R bad.
