If you have the stopwatch .gif or whatever it is, why don't you mail it to him? The Fallout 2 official site is unable to let you download anything since it is no longer connected to Iplay.

If you're talking about the official site, I don't believe it's on there. The problem with the stopwatch animation is you can't take a screen shot of it.

Hell, just burn over it if you can. You might get two dollars on eBay. Burning your favorite 12 songs(or whatever) would be better.
