    GameSpot Video Interview

Wasn't a dialog with the... Shady Sands-bothering raiders leader based on age? That's about all I remember, and even that I'm not sure on. Edit: Actually now that I think about it, it was probably luck.

That'd be kinda neat, but I'm not sure they'd have it moddable enough to let you. You need something along the lines of moving 5 game-feet = 1 AP, which I doubt it'd be open enough to let you. Not to mention I was under the impression that when you were in VATS, nobody else was doing anything...

Fallout 3 will be at E3

Nope, it's got none of the stats/skills of San Andreas. Customization options look like they're fewer too, as I've only found one clothes store and I've heard you can't get different haircuts or tattoos. Looks like you get a few choices and consequences (God damn that term) however, as even just...

Fallout 3 will be at E3

Hmmmm. Picked up GTA4 today and fiddled with it for a couple hours. The driving isn't as bad as I was lead to believe, but is noticeably more difficult than the others. I think the worst part is the camera, which I think I could actually improve, buuut I forgot what the camera changing button...

Fallout 3 will be at E3

GTA4's been getting some fairly negative replies on forums I've seen, though. Well, mostly negative in the "It's a pretty good GTA game" sense. Sounds like the cars are way too squirrelly and the lack of mid-mission checkpoints is annoying. Just hearsay though, haven't picked it up yet.

    CanardPC Fallout 3 magazine Preview

Just checked out some of that PSX Doom music. It is pretty good creepy atmospheric music, I gotta agree. Still think I prefer the originals for running around blasting things at high Doom speeds, but this would be pretty good in the slower paced Doom 3. Next time I fire Doom 3 up I might get...

Never did the console versions, as I jumped from Atari to Dreamcast in my consoles. Might have to see if I can find a video of gameplay or the soundtrack to that and check it out.

    Fallout 3 Interviews

Surprised nobody is upset over the "PH: Yeah! Yeah, and that's our other big thing: make sure that, God willing, the guys that do 4 are the guys that do 3." line. I'm so proud of you guys that I'm giving you this complementary fruit basket and straw man. Enjoy!

It'll be pretty annoying if that's actually the music that plays for the whole game. I could stand it if it goes all orchestral for behemoth wrestling once or twice, but it'd be a damn shame if that and the licensed music is all it has. Kinda like Doom 3. I enjoyed it, monster closets and...

Now you're saying "[...]and there's a vociferous (and presumably faintly insane) minority that's convinced this game is a slight on the previous two and will simply be 'Oblivion with guns'." is aimed at the multiheaded rampaging fire breathing singular beast that is NMA, as opposed to...

X-Play Face Time with Todd Howard

I ended up leaning on the wrench and lightsaber too much because I didn't want to burn through my ammo, or damage my styrofoam guns. Kind of ended up a double edged sword for me, but at least it made the game more tense.

X-Play Face Time with Todd Howard

No kidding, that's pretty encouraging. Assuming they pull it off anyway. Might end up with a System Shock 2-esque limited resources feel which would be pretty cool. As much as I love Bioshock, that's one (Possibly the only one for me) area that SS2 did better.

They did say most of the ghouls are friendly at least. The feral ones are supposedly the exception, not the rule.

How come you guys get to be the orcs? If me and Bodybag get lumped as trolls often enough I think we should be with the orcs.

    bit-tech.net previews Fallout 3

"On the one front, Bethesda has mirrored this once more by using Karma to track the player’s actions and popularity, but on the other you won’t be finding any friendly mutants like in past games." Son of a bitch. This is the first completely bad news I've heard.

    Dialogue & Intelligence

The connection is that people here and the Codex are typically glorifying AoD as being the holy grail of PC RPGs, and even that game doesn't have massive reams of dialog for every little thing. I don't doubt it'll have more dialog than FO3, and most likely more choices more often, but when...
