While a Fallout fansite, games with a post-apocalyptic theme are fairly uncommon, as are ISO/TB RPGS. When one comes along that is both and being directly compared to Fallout, I think it's fair for the community to take a look at it.

I personally think the Fatman is a rediculous idea. While personal Nuclear weapons where in development in the 50s, they where still meant for very long range combat. As it stands I would rather see a launcher that fires plasma grenades, which would fit the canon perfectly.
