The Pitt was mostly written by Fred Zeleny and Erik J Caponi. The only two writers who seemed to be anywhere close to giving a damn or "getting it" in regards to writing. It's difficult to find exactly who wrote what in the main game but if there was anything you thought was remotely interesting...
I feel like instead of creating an actual interesting setting or lore for this IP, they're going to instead cram as many references to nu-Scrolls and nu-Flout as possible. "Member adorable fan?" "Member West Jensen?" "Member meme never changes?"
There is literally less than nothing in the game suggesting this. There's actually very little at all about the enclave's actual motivations, like even by Bethesda standards.
"Do you want Elder Scrolls bland writing in a setting without Kirkbride's deranged cum-ramblings that make it vaguely interesting? Boy do I have a game for you!"
I always thought it would be funny to do land acknowledgements on the east coast and say something like "We are on land that rightfully belongs to the British"
I really like the mod overall but its very clear he thought the Shi were Japanese and someone pointed it out to him later and he made an ass-pull reason for them to be Japanese. In the GECK you can see the Chinese Shi in the bank all have Japanese names. Obviously just an honest mistake but...
Counterpoint: No.
I enjoy talking about things I dislike and reject the hypothesis that's somehow less productive than talking about things I like. In some ways I think its more productive.
