Wasn't that second bit all ready posted as news? O and a civ fallout game does sound nifty. Tribal, historical, re-history and post-apoc themes could all use some more time in the lime light, the standard sci-fi and fantasy fair is getting really old, and military sims/'real-life' settings...

Some of the model design looks a little off- silly disporpocnite legs and such. Other then that it looks pretty good..

Sounds pretty fantastic to me.
