Why? Stalker surely has a full spectrum of what we expect from FPS. So it has some aspects of RPG. Even better. BTW. Has there been any news related with Xenus on NMA? Because, as far as I'm concerned according on what I've heard, it should be even more RPG biased.

One thing I didn't like watching the screens were characters, their faces. They're kind of sterile, low tempered and lacking glare. Some ubermensch arian komandos types, no witty humorous chars. Booring.

Stalker's setting isn't anyway near HL2. You'll play as a lone wolf stalker who's main occupation is to scavenge the ''zone'' for a radioactive loot. Beside this usual rutine and the main plot quest, devs are promising a lot of sidequests. Yes quests. Dunno nothing about their possible quality...
