Well don't forget these GFX are from 2003. In my opinion they look alright. They could look better, but I think they look normal. When I saw those screenies, I knew that this was Fallout. And unlike Fall:the Last Day Of Gaia, I actually felt that this was the real Fallout Vault.

It would be cool if you would have a conversation with him in Fallout 3. Maybe he would tell you a short story how the Chosen One and him were searching for the GECK and then how they defeated Encalve at the Oil rig.

Yeah, how would you know that the bone is Suliks? there's tons of tribals in the wastelands :p And yeah, Sulik was a very intresting NPC in Fallout 2. It would be great to see him in Fallout 3. Maybe as some gang leader or just a village elder...
