i applied patch before entering Modoc for the first time, but Farrel is still unreachable after blowing up the shack. maybe it should be applied before starting new game? you still can finish the quest by giving the watch to the other guy though.

i would rather play fallout 3 as FPS then as it is. it would simply be FPS in Fallout world. nothing wrong with that. FPS where you could kill people with one headshot sounds good.
