I remember when it was a pen and paper style rpg. I actually played a few modules of it with my friends.

There are at least three Fallout 2 Mods being made: Yurop; Wastes United; and Mutants Rising. I'm not sure of the status of the first two, but Mutants Rising is definately moving right along.
