Well the difference is, in the first 2 Fallouts, the violence is more to add to the gritty atmosphere. While in Fallout 3 it's used as a gimmick, the whole "violence is fucking funny" thing. Yeah, and I thought it was one of the weakest jokes in a game that already had a hit and miss sense...

As far as I could tell, no, only your actions in the actual main quest are talked about, along with your overall Karma level.

Eh, none of the games do a great job with radiation. Number three because it has virtually no effect and can be easily removed, and one and two because, with one notable exception, there were no sources of radiation.

This will work on any slave, not just the VIP ones, and it's probably easier on generic ones because they spend some time standing outside the slave pens and you don't have to steal the key.
