That's incorrect. Leonard from Troika said they never placed a bid for Fallout license because they just didn't have the money for it. They did approach Bethesda about working together on it though.

So although it's a part of the original setting and as such forms it, it doesn't fit in the (original) Fallout vibe for some reason? It seems you have an oxymoron there.

This is a long shot but here it goes... Could we do something concerning the graphics - switch from 256 color palette to hi or true colors? Or replace the ACM sound system with an OGG / MP3 one? Maybe get additional transparency colors.
