Yes. Id expect to see swords in a Post-Apoc world. With ammo being scarce and basic manufacturing still existing it would be a forgone conclusion that weapons such as spears and swords would reappear. Especially in the more tribal regions. Mind you I'm not speaking of forged weapons...
