Well, 500 is not massive in my opinion, but that does not mean that FO is worse just because it's no MMO in my eyes, its a Multiplayer RPG and as said should work better than a real FO MMO.

I think if there's any MMO path the Fallout MMO should be following it has to be the pre-ngu Star Wars Galaxies path, sandbox, skill-level system vast, empty, but realistic worlds and hubs where all gather to group up to get on hunting trails and so on.

The interface is not important. It's the question if you can combine an open world sandbox setting with massive groups of people raiding around for better gear. It is possible to do a great fallout MMO, but it wouldn't be one for the masses but MMO's only work for masses, there's the problem.

We'll see how Bethesda and Interplay will rule that out, but it's just normal how Bethesda is acting, everyone would be careful about their own IP, even if it was once that of Interplay. But even if I don't like how the first Screens looked and I'm unsure if such a rather small company can...

Exactly. And really, in the end I don't care if it's a 10€ sequel or a 60€ expansion, or whatever it is called then. If I get content worth the price I'm happy.
