keep a Trail Carbine or Brush Gun on you for certain situations. Any wastelander should have 1 long distance weapon for hunting. Keep "That Gun" handy for close encounters and maybe get the silencer mod for the .45 or 10mm.

I never played 1 or 2, but in The Pitt, I felt bad for that one guy whose brother got turned into a trog. and then when you kill him he just sits there crying. I truly hated the Pitt and Ashur, I took great pride in blowing his and his wifes brains out.
