That answered my question of what will happen to the license. I don't believe that Titus will want the Fo-license to be sold, since they can shove it to another of their developers.

Yeah, and even if it's a success it's gonna be the end of Fallout as we know and love it. I don't hold much buck hoping for Fo4 :roll: If Caen doesn't get a sudden "Saint"-injection, Fo3 will be the end of the line. But, we shouldn't get our panties in a bundle, just yet. Let us see...

Obsidian have been looking for new people to fill some positions in their line. A snippet from the position as "Environment/Level artist" (most interesting for me as a "modeler") "Obsidian Entertainment is looking for a 3D environment / level artist for one of our upcoming RPG products."...

I think they extremely well with Silent Storm. And that being TB and all. But they're not my first choice though, I just haven't read a post mentioning them. Obsidian would rock.

He mentioned BG3 in the same sentence as Acclaim, I don't know if that means that Acclaim are developing.

And just recently, Caen said in the Telephone Conference that Fallout 3 will be developed by an external studio. Happy days ;)

Yeah. The repairs might be done by Obsidian. Which means that many of the original members will get their hands on both the engine and the license. Hopefully they'll accept.

I guess we all will be on pins and needles, waiting for that announcement of Fallout 3 that will come. "The Dude" also talked about release dates spread over years 2004 and 2005.

I don't think any of us got what they said. Lord; They use the same rule set, but not on the same world? I'ven't played the IWD-games. If the rule set is what's lacking, they could do something different and still put it in the IWD-world. Kharn; Maybe you should skip the Icewind Dale part...

Blade Runner; They did mention plans for the Icewind Dale license. So either they're planning on getting parts of the DnD-license back or something. No idea. But plans were mentioned in the conference :)
