The top guy is carrying a sword, because he is from the Enclave sourcebook for the Fallout PnP, namely, sir Henry Dernington. Turns out to be a BoS big shot. Like, who cares, watch the minigun instead :]

Just in case nobody has come to the discovery, if You save your portrait in BMP image and just rename it to ZAR the game displays it without a problem, thus saving You a "lot" of importing. All You need is to know which name to use.

The layered sprites have something to do with the ability to select colors for hair, skin, etc. right? And by the way is there currently a place where there are different FOT character sprites available for download?
