Guns are tools used for either attempting to fight crime or commit crime. That and "sporting" purposes and hobbies. It's not a culture, there is no "firearms culture"... they are either tools or toys.

Well this never really bothered me, what bothered me is the lack of vegetation in the environment, it doesn't make any sense. It's the same in Fallout 3 only worse.

Um yeah, wearing PA does affect it. It increases your strength so it increases melee damage.

I don't appreciate how homosexuals are portrayed in Road Warrior. But go figure it's somewhat bland and Mel Gibson is in it. But oh noes, it has a lot to do with Fallout in general, ban! And hurray for Nazis too. And hurray for rich, snotty, arrogant Europeans and demented backwater...

I'm listening to Dystopia. Now this:

Panker_u_sakou_starom, that is repulsive. Burgers are repulsive and meat is suffering. I refuse to eat it because of the conditions that the animals are forced to live in before they are slaughtered. Go ahead and eat up though fatasses, I don't care.

That doesn't make much sense... Well I have played Oblivion and I don't like it very much. It's better than FO3 I guess.

The best looking power armor is the Advanced Power Armor in FO2. I dislike the power armor from Fallout 3 because it doesn't make the characters stand tall enough, but I think the T45A looks cool. I hate the FOT power armor, I hate the fucking cape and they made the helmet look fucking stupid.

Get the killable children mod.. problem solved. As for the rest of the game, it's not very good and doesn't touch Fallout 2
