Well. I can say that starting with agil 10 is very useful. however, you could do 9 and do gain agility perk later on. It depends on how much you do or do not like leveling. 9 intellect is good. I would get 6 luck personally. Things happen better. You could be relying on Hubologists...

eh. Steal is essential to any good rpg. You can make things unstealable with a bad skill. You can make opponents very wise and perceptive and make it near impossible. You can also have quests where you HAVE to steal, or stealing is an alternative. Morrowind was great like that...

.22 calibre rifle bullet is actually quite deadly. It is the pistol that might have some issue. it is one of the most accurate rifles possible too.

You need the High Resolution patch in the download forum. this fixes that. You then go into OPTIONS and youll see the SCRN button. hit that to 16 bit then type out resolutions if you want to change that as well

well, you can make quite a lot of exp if you have it above 45% or so. You can steal 5-6 items deep at times. I never got the pickpocket thing yet.
