Yeah, that's what I'm using. How come no one has solved this issue? The game is sure to run at 10,000 FPS in a couple of years.

So, there's no actual way to force Vsync or limit the FPS? How can that be?

So, I'm playing Fallout 1 on a new rig.. and my frame-rate is around 2,000 FPS. I don't really care, but my cards are making this coil whine, and it's really annoying. I'm trying to enable Vertical Sync, but nVidia Control Panel does nothing.. Is there something I can do? Thanks.
