Does anyone knoww how to get the mutated thumb in Fallout2? I have seen it on screenshot but never gotten it. I've also seen a screenshot how the chosen kills Frank Horrigan with the thumb. After that I read that it was impossible. So if anyone Knows - please tell me. :)

No, the bozar isn't the best weapon in the game. It's the pulse rifle (can be found in the brotherhood) and with the perk (can't seem to remember it's name - but you need 1 less Ap to shoot) you can shoot 3 times per turn! :twisted:
